How do I register?

Registering for the CAPP or CAPA exam is a simple process! 

Simply apply online for the CAPP or CAPA exam by using a credit card and following the instructions for submitting the Qualification Application and Code of Ethics Form (found below) with required proof of education (if applicable) and experience.

Or, candidates who wish to pay their application and registration fees by check or money order will be required to download, print, complete, and mail a copy of the Qualification Application and Code of Ethics Form (found below) with required proof of education (if applicable) and experience.

Once all required paperwork has been submitted and the canidate's application has been approved, The Institute of Financial Operations will confirm successful registration and provide instructions for reserving an exam date, time, and location.

Candidates who do not meet the required qualifications will receive a notification of denial. For credit card charges, only the application fee will be processed. For payments made via check, a refund check will be issued, but only for the exam registration fee (the application fee is not refundable).
