Transportation Information

Airport: The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is located just 8 miles / 13 km north of central San Antonio and next to the North Loop, Hill Country Village and the Blossom Athletic Centre.  San Antonio Airport features around 20 different airlines, offering non-stop flights to more than 40 destinations, most of which are base in the United States.  Annual passengers are now approaching nine million, with the airport averaging over 270 daily flights.  

Directions to Hyatt:  From San Antonio Airport International Airport (12 miles): Take 281 South which will turn into I-37 South near the downtown area. Follow I-37 and exit Houston Street.  Turn right on Houston.  Proceed 5 blocks to Broadway.  Turn left on Broadway and continue down 3 blocks.  Hotel is on the right.  (Broadway changes name to Losoya Street). Arrive at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk; 123 Losoya; San Antonio, Texas 78205.

Ground Transportation: Taxi - $24 one-way per car. Seating and Luggage: 6 passengers / amount of luggage depends on size of bags. Pick Up: Lower level of the airport.

Climate

The weather in San Antonio, Texas during our conference dates is typically 42-67 F; the average rainfall for the month of February is 1.75inches.  Please bring proper attire so that you are comfortable outdoors as well as throughout the conference. 

Arrival and Departure

We strongly suggest all attendees and service providers make their flight arrangements to arrive at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk no later than 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 5th. You won't want to miss the opening welcome reception and sponsor showcase beginning at 4:30 p.m. We recommend that you schedule your departure after 2 p.m. The conference concludes at noon following the sponsor showcase and prize drawing.
