Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to conferences@financialops.org or faxed to 407.895.5031 Attn: Conference Department within 24 hours of date of registration confirmation for full refund. Cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund less $300 processing fee. Any cancellations received within 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Registration is transferrable to another Member at no charge. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing along with a completed registration form. No-shows are non-refundable. A block of rooms has been secured for Fusion 2012 at the discounted rate of $206 per night, plus tax. These rooms are on a first-com, first-served basis. Rates good until Friday, April 13th. Reservations will open within the next few weeks. Please click here to make your reservations.

Arrival and departure

We strongly suggest all attendees and service providers make their flight arrangement to arrive at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center no later than 4 p.m. on SUnday, May 13. If you are attending pre-conference sessions, please arrange to arrive early enough to pick up your attendee package in order to ensure that you receive credits. Most pre-conference sessions begin at 1 p.m. You won't want to miss the opening reception beginning at 6 p.m. It promosies to be a high-energy, funfilled evening. We recommend that you schedule your departure after 3 p.m. The conference concludes at noon with closing keynote speaker Thad Roberts, inspiration for the New York TImes Best Seller - Sex on the Moon.
